How We Handle Bed Linen

Orders focus on bed linen only: sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases sorted by size and fabric. Notes are logged on intake, stains are pre-treated where suitable, and loads are batched to keep similar fibres together.

Drying uses a low, even cycle, then items are pressed and folded to fit standard shelving. If timings shift or access is tricky, we switch to door-step handover or arrange a nearby pickup point. The aim is a calm hand-off and linen that’s easy to put away.

Yes—sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are our focus. It keeps batching simple and finish consistent.

How are stains approached?

We note them on intake and use a light pre-treat where it’s suitable for the fabric. If a mark remains, it’s flagged on return.

Can I request pressing only?

Press-only is available for clean, fully dry linens. Add the request in the notes and we’ll prepare accordingly.

What are typical group sizes?

For turnover sets we often batch two to four per run. Larger volumes are split into steady cycles to keep results even.

Accessibility for handover?

Door-step handoff is standard. If stairs or access are tight, we suggest a street-level handover point nearby.
